Food concessionaire
The “New Bar Food Services” company is the food concessionaire in the Menora Mivtachim Arena and provides the customer with a wide array of creative culinary solutions with the catering brand “Freestyle.” The food is cooked in the arena’s kitchen and complies with the requirements of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Environment. Parking
The Menora Mivtachim Arena offers its visitors spacious parking in an innovative computerized and fully handicapped accessible parking lot that includes 1,200 parking spots for private cars and 30 additional handicapped parking spots. In addition, the lot has an organized parking area for motorcycles. There are an additional 5 parking lots in the vicinity of the arena which include an additional 3,000 parking spots that offer the guests maximum convenience. On event days, there is a service road that includes 40 parking spots for suppliers, the production team and VIP guests.

The arena is equipped with a central air conditioning system, which includes two chillers of 450 tons each and two chillers of 350 tons each. There is a structure control system that helps control and regulate the air conditioning in each part of the arena.

VIP Boxes
The arena has VIP boxes that are suitable for unique and private hosting of guests during performances and business events. The box is accessorized and suitable for up to 18 guests. A variety of menus can be ordered from the arena’s food concessionaire depending on the nature of the event, and an accompanying service attendant can also be requested. Entry Control Systems
The entry control systems installed in the arena allows a large amount of visitors to all enter the arena comfortably at the same time. The systems helps track the guests entering the arena during a performance/event/game by scanning the barcodes imbedded in all the types of tickets.

LED System
The arena has a LED cube size 3X5 meters that can be used for different purposes, including broadcasting, advertising sponsorships, etc. The cube’s operations (sound, lighting and screens) are operated by the “Simul” company. Structure of the Arena
The arena has a spacious basement which includes various auxiliary rooms such as spacious dressing rooms for actors and artists, a designated hall for press conferences and large storage rooms. The orchestra area including the parquet floor is approximately 1,500 square meters. The parquet floor is 600 square meters.

Accessibility
The Menora Mivtachim arena includes an accessible area with 28 seats for handicapped people and their escorts. Gate number 11 is designated for handicapped people and there is a service elevator a few meters from it. During events there is an usher on hand who can accompany those in need of assistance to their seats in the arena. The arena also offers handicapped parking spots in the parking lot and an accessible ticket booth, and it is currently undergoing inclusive renovations for all disabled people.

The elliptical structure of the arena creates a “flow path” for the visitors in the gallery floor surrounding the arena. The gallery allows for the sale of products and souvenirs and sales promotions that are related to the performance. In addition, the gallery floor has another advantage in business and corporate events and professional conventions as it is a reception area that can be designed and decorated in different and special ways.
